COE and Helpdesk Support

Center of Excellence and Helpdesk Support

T&E has a dedicated team of HR Specialists that comprise Commercial Finance’s e-HR Center of Excellence (COE).  Our comprehensive COE model includes an e-HR helpdesk, Oracle HR Data Entry and myLearning support.  All of our Specialists are also trained exclusively by T&E Associates. 

Some examples of areas currently supported by our HR Data Specialists include:
 

e-HR Helpdesk (OHR/WEBI Helpdesk):

  • Work Structure creation and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot eHR downstream system and payroll interface issues
  • Grant access to Oracle HR and WebIntelligence
  • Escalations from Oracle HR Users
  • WebIntelligence Report Consulting
  • Mass Uploads
  • Acquisition Implementation
  • Manage and Open GE Corporate Kintana Tickets
  • Global Support between 3:00 AM US ET and 7:00 PM US ET
  • Maintain the Kintana case tracking system
  • Maintain the Oracle HR user Distribution Lists by pole, business, and business segment
  • Maintain the HR Support COE Support Central site posting important information related to the services provided, as well as keeping the existing documentation updated

Oracle HR Data Entry (OHR Transactions Team):

  • Enter, Update and Maintain data for more than 20,000 employee records globally.
  • Validate data entry against internal checks, EAS and other Payroll interface reports.
  • Develop and Maintain Custom Work Flow Forms

 myLearning:

  • System Administration
  • MyLearning Reports, including Spirit and Integrity Acknowledgement Completion, EDP Completion, and Compliance Reporting
  • Mass Uploads
  • Learner Management
  • Set up and Interaction with various business “Universities”
  • PQE Pilot and load for the Omega Project

 All three COE Components are also involved and responsible for:

  • Proactively develop and propose process/productivity improvements
  • Partner with Customer’s HR managers to proactively identify and prevent issues based in GE HR business rules and experience
  • Compile and post Monthly Quality dashboards
  • Data Specialist Cross Training
