Confirmed students who cancel attendance five (5) or less business days prior to the start of the class will be charged 100% of the course fee. Students who do not cancel ("no show" on the date of the class) will be charged 100% of the course fee.

Any student who feels they need to retake a class for any reason, may do so at no charge for a period of 90 days. Training & Education reserves the right to cancel any course if a minimum enrollment is not attained.
